Submit your order online or fax us at 603-42591132. We shall then get back to you with the total cost for your approval and confirmation.
Terms and Conditions :
1. Orders are processed upon full payment via telegraphic transfer/bank transfer or credit card.
2. Freight charges will be borne by purchaser. (Exact freight charges will be calculated for your consideration)
3. Tax/duties varies according to each country's regulations e.g. in some countries, 'Educational Materials' are not taxed. At times, it also depends on the customs officer on duty. As such, for pracical reason tax/duties (if any imposed) will have to be borne by the purchaser) and is not included in the total costing.
4. Please add 5% of the total purchase amount, for handling charges.
5. Please allow up to 2 weeks for deliveries.
6. All our materials are insured. We understand it may be impractical to inspect the materials upon delivery. Therefore, we will accept reports of loss or breakage within 3 working days upon receipt of goods. We shall have the items replaced as soon as our courier company completes their verification.
7. Any returns of goods (freight charges to be borne by purchaser) must be made within 10 working days upon our approval date.
